Our Emergency Homeless Shelter provides a warm bed, food, and hot showers for those who are without shelter. Individuals are provided with a safe and sober environment where they can have their basic human necessities met.
Homeless individuals and families living in the street are vulnerable and subject to very dangerous situations. Our shelter provides a safe haven for men, women, and children where they won’t have to worry about how they will stay warm and safe for the night.
It costs only 13 dollars a day to provide one individual with a safe shelter, hot showers, and a meal for one night. This is substantially less than what it costs a community when homeless individuals stay on the streets.
Shelter residents check out during the day and complete job searches, as well as work with staff in our Council office to help them get back on their feet.
The Emergency Shelter is open 7 Days a Week.
