Support local families in need — it’s easy and impactful!

1. Pick Your Time & Place You can host a food drive any time of year! Recommended times include:

  • Spring — donations are often at their lowest.

  • Summer — kids need extra snacks when school is out.

  • Holidays — help make family meals possible.

Choose the length of your drive (a week, a month, or more) and collect donations at your business, church, school, or event.

2. Spread the Word Let people know you’re collecting food! We can provide marketing materials to help promote your drive. Email sonya@ccswy.org or call us to request them.

3. Know What to Collect We have a full list of needed items we can share with you. Common favorites include:

  • Pasta & pasta sauce

  • Peanut butter & jelly

  • Cereal & boxed meals

  • Snacks for kids

  • We can also store dairy and meat!

Please — no expired food.

4. Consider Monetary Donations If your supporters prefer giving cash, we can stretch it even further! Every $1 = 3x more food when we buy directly from the Wyoming Food Bank. We are also able to purchase exactly what we need at the time.

5. Wrap Up & Deliver When your drive is complete:

  • Call us at 307-686-2730

  • Drop off donations at our Food Pantry or Soup KitchenIf you’d like a tax receipt, bring your receipt for purchased food or we can record the approximate weight and value.

Why It Matters ❤️Our hunger programs feed 3,000 people each year in Campbell County — including over 1,000 children and 600 seniors. Your efforts directly help families put food on the table.

Thank you for caring and taking action!
