Our Services

The Council of Community Services is a nonprofit serving the homeless and low-income in Campbell County. We are a Community Action Agencies running several housing, nutrition, and low-income community assistance programs. All of our poverty-alleviating programs fall under our three core causes: homelessness, hunger, and community assistance.
