How To Help

Donate

There are several ways to support CCS, depending on what works best for you:

  • One-Time or Recurring Donations
A simple way to make an immediate or ongoing impact.

  • Donor-Advised Funds (DAFs)
Set aside funds for charitable giving and distribute them over time. Learn more here.

  • Planned (Legacy) Giving
Include CCS in your will, trust, or estate plan to support the community long-term. Learn more here.

  • Gifts of Appreciated Assets
Donating stocks or other assets can be a strategic way to give. Learn more here.

100% of all donations stay right here in Campbell County, supporting neighbors, friends, and community members you may see every day.

You can also choose where your donation goes—simply indicate a specific program, and 100% will support that area. General donations are used where the need is greatest across all CCS programs.

Every dollar you give directly supports people in our community.

  • $20 can help feed a family for a month

  • $25 can provide a bed, shower, and meals at our shelter

  • $100 can help cover essential prescriptions or medical care

Shop at the Seconds on the Avenue

Seconds on the Avenue operates as a community thrift store and emergency closet. When donated items are sold, the proceeds come back to the Council of Community Services to help support our other programs. Approximately 20% of our revenue comes from sales of donated items at Seconds on the Avenue.
