April is Volunteer Month, and at the Council of Community Services, we want to take a moment to recognize the incredible people who give their time and energy to support our mission. Whether you’re helping in the food pantry, serving meals in the Soup Kitchen, sorting donations at Seconds on the Avenue, or assisting with housing programs, your dedication makes a real difference in our community.

Last year alone, volunteers contributed hundreds of hours to ensure families had food on their tables, individuals had a warm place to stay, and our community remained strong. Your kindness and hard work do not go unnoticed—we couldn’t do what we do without you!

If you’ve ever thought about volunteering, now is a great time to get involved! Whether you have an hour a week or a few days a month, every bit helps. Learn more about opportunities at ccsgillette.org or stop by to see how you can lend a hand.

To all our volunteers—past, present, and future—thank you for being the heart of the Council of Community Services!
