On behalf of the entire team at the Council of Community Services and the thousands of Campbell County residents we serve, THANK YOU!

As we approach the holiday season and our End-of-Year Giving Campaign, we are truly humbled. This year brought deep funding cuts to the programs that sustain our homeless and hunger initiatives. When the cuts started in February, we weren’t sure how we would continue to support the most vulnerable members of our community.

But you stepped up. With your support, we’ve been able to continue serving our community despite losing nearly half a million dollars in funding and resources. As we begin the 2025 End-of-Year Giving Campaign, we are deeply aware and grateful for all you have done to support your friends and neighbors.

Our goal for this year’s campaign is $85,000. The budget cuts to our hunger and homelessness programs are not one-time cuts. These are permanent reductions that we must replace with private donations from donors like you. We are truly grateful for each and every person who continues to give.

Your donations support:

$25 — provides one family with meals for a week

$100 — gives one family four nights of safe shelter

$500 — sustains one family with a full month of critical services

If you have room in your budget to give, please consider donating. If you, your family, or someone you know is experiencing homelessness or food insecurity, please contact us at avery@ccswy.org. In these times, our motto is “if you have a little, give a little. If you need a little, call us.”

Thank you for giving your time, resources, and support so generously. We’re grateful, and your neighbors in need are too.

Sincerely,

Council of Community Services
